What is health and physical education for Generation Z? In line with the age of information society, social media, and diversity, the content and teaching methods of current health and physical education have been significantly updated.This is a big change from the days when male and female students were divided into separate classrooms and briefly taught about body systems and sexuality, but now we have co-educational classes where we actively exchange opinions, face LGBTQ issues seriously, and provide more practical classes.Teachers themselves participate and learn more about sex, such as how to use condoms and differences in views on sexual preferences and sexual consent.The students also change their perception of sex, and learn this by actually having sex in health and physical education classes.
